| How Big is a Large Pack / Pint of Petals? |
|
| The pint of Delphinium, Wildflowers or flower heads contains 1 pint (568 ml or 0.56 litres) of petals. The pack contains throwing confetti for 10 guests and will fill 10 of our small cones. The Delphinium and Wildflower petals are tiny therefore fill much less volume when measured than the much larger petals of the Roses. |

| Can I Have A Mix of Colours? |
|
| Yes, you can mix our Delphinium, Wildflower and flower heads in up to three colours on our website .If you want to mix more than that, please give us a call and we will take you order over the phone. We do not supply the Coloured or Natural Rose Petals mixed.

| When should I place my order? |
|
Please feel free to place your order several months in advance, however if you are in a hurry we do offer a next day delivery service. Please see ‘How will they be delivered?’

Our Delphinium, Wildflower and Coloured Rose Petals will keep in perfect condition if stored away from direct light and moisture for up to a year. |

Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt, subject to payment.

Standard Postage and Packing Charges for UK delivery addresses is £4.95
|
|
UK deliveries will be sent by First Class Royal Mail, please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.
|
|
Special delivery is advised for orders that are placed less than 10 days before the wedding date and we will then ensure your order is dispatched within 2 days.
|
|
UK Special Delivery Charge is £9.00 by 1pm or £15.00 by 9am. If your order is despatched on a Friday the delivery is guaranteed for Monday not Saturday.
|
|
UK Saturday Delivery Service is available if you choose this postage option before 3pm on a Friday. Your order will then be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee. The charge is £17.00 for a 9am delivery or £11.00 for a 1pm delivery on Saturday.

For orders being delivered outside the UK the following Airmail postage rates apply, delivery will take 5 to 10 working days.

Some Smaller parcel will be suitable for the Standard Airmail delivery rates set out in our terms and conditions, as long as you have allowed a minimum of 10 working days for delivery to arrive.

| Our Delphinium and Wildflower Petals are entirely natural no artificial drying or colouring is used in their preparation, allowing them to biodegrade as naturally blossom. |

| The Natural Rose petals have no added colour and are biodegradable. |
|
The Coloured Rose Petals, though dyed are also biodegradable.
|

| Can I use them at my church or venue? |
|
| Our Delphinium, Wildflowers and Natural Rose Petals are completely biodegradable making them acceptable at most churches and venues that will not allow artificial confetti. Please go to our contact and sample request page and order a sample and let them try our petals in their grounds. |

| Are you growing a picture with the flowers this year? |
|
| No, but the flower field will be open to the public as normal in July. |
|
|
|
| Are the fields open to the public and when? |
|
| We will be opening the fields again this year, the flowers will be in bloom end of June early July depending on the amount of sunshine we have and should last until the beginning of August. |
