| These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company web site and you should read them carefully |

| Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. All prices are reflected in UK Sterling and include VAT. |

| You may pay for your goods using major credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Switch. Secure servers offer The Real Flower petal Confetti Company customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. When placing an order all credit card numbers are entered on to a secure merchant account site. |

| The only information that The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company holds is name, address, phone number, e-mail if given and the details of your order. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of your credit/debit card to authorise payment to us, for any reason, will not render The Real Flower Confetti Company liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will of course make every endeavour to make contact with you, to allow your order to arrive on time. |

Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt, subject to payment. |
|
Standard Postage and Packing Charges for UK delivery addresses is £4.95 .
UK deliveries will be sent by First Class Royal Mail, please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery.

|
| Special delivery is advised for orders that are placed less than 10 days before the wedding date and we will then ensure your order is dispatched within 2 days. |
|
| UK Special Delivery Charge is £9.00 by 1pm or £15.00 by 9am. If your order is despatched on a Friday the delivery is guaranteed for Monday not Saturday. |
|
UK Saturday Delivery Service is available if you choose this postage option before 3pm on a Friday. Your order will then be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guarantee. The charge is £17.00 for a 9am delivery or £11.00 for a 1pm delivery on Saturday. |
|
For orders being delivered outside the UK the following Airmail postage rates apply, delivery will take 5 to 10 working days. |

The delivery charges for parcels being delivered outside the UK will be dependant on the size and quantity and destination of your order.
Therefore the Standard Airmail service may not be available for your order.
Please contact us for a delivery price.

1) Depending on the size of your order we may not be able to send your parcel by standard Airmail because there is now a restriction on the parcel size and dimensions. |
|
Some Smaller parcel will be suitable for the Airmail delivery rates set out below as long as you have allowed a minimum of 10 working days for delivery to arrive. |
|
2) We have recently had some problems with the late delivery and non-delivery of Parcels delivered Overseas using the Standard Airmail service and therefore we are now having to send some deliveries using our Guaranteed 48Hr Delivery Service, with Parcelforce. This service will enable us to track the delivery of your order and therefore avoid any unnecessary delays. |

We understand that buying over the Internet you are not able to full asses the quality of our goods and may put you off buying them, that's why we offer a free exchange/refund service for what ever reason. All we ask is that products are returned within 14 days and that they must be unused and in their original packaging. Alternatively we offer a sample service, simply add the colours you would like to see to your basket and select sample as the packaging option. We charge £4.95 for this service, you may request up to 8 colours.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

| Once items have been received by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company all moneys excluding your postage will be credited to your account or a cheque sent out to you depending on your original payment method. |
