These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company website and you should read them carefully.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket.
You can view your shopping basket at anytime, by clicking on the ‘View Shopping Basket’ icon, where you can also adjust quantities.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All prices are reflected in UK Sterling and include VAT.

Orders can be taken by telephone via our Order Line 01386 555045 (9am–5pm Mon-Fri).

Payment of goods

You may pay for your goods using major credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Switch. Secure servers offer The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. When placing an order all credit card numbers are entered on to a secure merchant account site provided by RBS WorldPay payment services. The only information that The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company holds is name, address, phone number, E-mail and the details of your order. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of your credit/debit card to authorise payment to us, for any reason, will not render The Real Flower Confetti Company liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will of course make every effort to make contact with you, to ensure your order arrives on time.

Delivery - UK

Standard UK Delivery is £2.95 and will by sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
For orders over £50 we offer a FREE standard delivery service.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually within 1 or 2 working days, subject to payment. However we may take a little longer during the peak wedding season.
Please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.
 

Special Next Day Delivery is advised for orders that are placed less than 5 working days before the wedding date.

Next Day Special Delivery Service by 1pm (Monday – Friday) is £6.95 and available if you choose this postage option before 3pm. Your order will then be sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery next day guaranteed service.
If your order is dispatched on a Friday the delivery is guaranteed for Monday.

Saturday Special Next Day Delivery Service is £9.95 and available if you choose this postage option before 3pm on a Friday. Your order will then be sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday guaranteed service.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock, if this is the case you will be emailed and given the option to amend, cancel or place your order on 'back order' pending arrival of new stock. If you have any questions about the delivery of your petals please give us a call on 01386 555045.

Delivery - Overseas

Some smaller parcels will be suitable for the Standard Airmail delivery rates set out below, as long as you have allowed a minimum of 14 days for your delivery to arrive.

Below are the Standard Airmail Postage Charges for small overseas orders.
The delivery charges for parcels being delivered outside the UK will be dependant on the size and quantity and destination of your order.

Returns

We understand that buying over the Internet you are not able to fully assess the goods you are buying, so to give you full peace of mind we offer a ‘No Quibble’ exchange/refund service for what ever reason. All we ask is that products are returned within 14 days and that they must be unused and in their original packaging.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED or REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

Once return items have been received by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company a full refund for the goods (excluding our postage to you and yours to us) will be credited to your account or a cheque sent out to you depending on your original payment method.

We would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from your Post Office.

Please note: we do not offer a return and refund on our sample orders.

Privacy Statement

The Real Flower Confetti Company is committed to maintaining your privacy. Typically we will ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address when orders are placed. For payment purposes we will require postal addresses and payment method details. The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
