Coronavirus update: Our postal deliveries are continuing as usual. However – we will no longer offer a Next Day Delivery option.
We use Royal Mail for our First Class postal service. They have made a few changes to ensure health, safety and hygiene are their top priorities.
Royal Mail statement – We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

UK Deliveries – changes to note:
- Royal Mail will no longer hand over hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Instead, the postman will log the name of the person accepting the item.
- Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where a parcel won’t fit through your letterbox, the postman will place your item at your door. They will then knock on your door, and step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside. If no one is home, a calling card will be left for you with the details of how you can rearrange delivery.
- Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Royal Mail can no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. Additionally, we now have just one member of staff in the office. Therefore, we have decided to temporarily halt our Next Day Delivery option. We are continuing to send orders out by First Class post. If you have any concerns please call Nancy on 01386 555045.
- Royal Mail’s International services are operational and they continue to accept traffic for destinations across the globe. However, delays are expected. For specific country information and the latest updates please visit the Royal Mail website.

TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE Royal Mail ‘Next Working Day’ delivery – order by 3pm for delivery by 1pm: £8.95
TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE Royal Mail Saturday delivery – order by 3pm for delivery by 1pm on Saturday: £11.95
Large orders may be sent via Parcel Force a trackable 24/48h service.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 or 2 working days, subject to payment. However, we may take a little longer during the peak wedding season. Once your order has been dispatched the 1st Class postal service can take 1-3 days.
Next Day Deliveries: TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
This service is available if you place your order before 3pm.
Your order will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guaranteed service: IT WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. This is a fully trackable service.
Your items will arrive with you before 1pm the following day. If you place an order for dispatch on a Friday, the delivery is guaranteed for Monday morning. If you select the Saturday delivery option the order will arrive on Saturday before 1pm.

International Tracked & Signed Airmail:
EUROPE: £14.00 per delivery box
ZONE 1 : £20.00 per delivery box (e.g. US, Canada)
ZONE 2 : £20.00 per delivery box (e.g. Australia, New Zealand)
International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail and their partners in the destination country. Most orders will be sent on the International Tracked & Signed service. This is a trackable service which requires a signature upon receipt.
When this service is unavailable (certain countries are excluded) we will the use alternative International Tracked or International Signed service.

We can only fit one confetti basket in each airmail delivery box. If you are ordering multiple baskets you will be required to pay one airmail postal charge per delivery box.
