The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company is a trading name of H&R Hudson, a farming partnership at Wyke Manor, Main Street, Wick, Pershore, Worcestershire WR10 3NZ. VAT no: 138021890. Below are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company website and you should read them carefully:
Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our web pages, select the items, colours and quantities that you wish to buy and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button to put them into the shopping basket. You can view and adjust your shopping basket at any time, via the ‘Cart’ icon at the top of each page. After you have finished shopping, click ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT.
Orders can be taken by telephone if you prefer via our Order Line: 01386 555045 (9am to 5pm Monday – Friday).
Occasionally an item may be out of stock. We will try to indicate this on the product page along with a restocking date, where applicable. Certain items may be available on backorder, and will be indicated as such on the website. These items will not be eligible for Next Day Delivery. If an item is unavailable you will be emailed and given the option to amend, cancel or delay your order pending the arrival of new stock.

Payment of goods
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received. You may pay for your goods using major credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Switch. You can choose to use the secure payment processing services of WorldPay, PayPal or Stripe. Secure servers offer The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the internet. When placing an order all credit card numbers are entered on to a secure merchant account site. The only information that The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company holds is name, address, phone number, e-mail and the details of your order. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer.
Any refusal by the issuer of your credit/debit card to authorise payment to us, for any reason, will not render The Real Flower Confetti Company liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will of course make every effort to make contact with you, to ensure your order arrives on time.
Discount codes: The discount associated with a promotional code can be used towards the purchase of items currently featured on our website, excluding any delivery charges, and excluding any items on sale or purchased from the “Special Offers” page. (Individual codes may be subject to product restrictions – please read the terms advertised with the code.)
Promotional codes can be either a combination of letters and numbers and should be entered in the shopping basket page during the checkout process for the discount to apply. Our special offers are contingent on availability and therefore we reserve the right to change the terms of a promotional code, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
Please note: Each order can only accept one discount code. You may choose the suitable code for current order and leave other discount codes for your next order.
Delivery – UK
If the wedding is less than a week away we recommend you select the Next Day delivery option.
Standard Royal Mail delivery within 5 working days: £3.95
Royal Mail ‘Next Working Day’ delivery – order by 3pm for delivery by 1pm: £7.95
Royal Mail Saturday delivery – order by 3pm for delivery by 1pm on Saturday: £11.95
Large orders may be sent via Parcel Force a trackable 24/48h service.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 or 2 working days, subject to payment. However, we may take a little longer during the peak wedding season.
Once your order has been dispatched the 1st Class postal service can take 1-3 days.
Please note: Our Personalised Confetti Cones are bespoke items and made to order, so please allow 14 days for them to be dispatched. It is not possible to ask for Next Day delivery with these items.
Next Day Deliveries:
This service is available if you place your order before 3pm.
Your order will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day guaranteed service: IT WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. This is a fully trackable service.
Your items will arrive with you before 1pm the following day. If you place an order for dispatch on a Friday, the delivery is guaranteed for Monday morning. If you select the Saturday delivery option the order will arrive on Saturday before 1pm. To schedule a delivery on the day of your choice, please call us on 01386 555045.
Next Working Day delivery: £7.95. Next Day Saturday delivery: £11.95
It is not possible to ask for Next Day delivery with bespoke or personalised items.
Delivery – Overseas
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery.
International Tracked & Signed Airmail EUROPE: £14.00 per delivery box
International Tracked & Signed Airmail ZONE 1 (e.g. US, Canada): £20.00 per delivery box
International Tracked & Signed Airmail ZONE 2 (e.g. Australia, New Zealand): £20.00 per delivery box
International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail and their partners in the destination country. Most orders will be sent on the International Tracked & Signed service. This is a trackable service which requires a signature upon receipt. When this service is unavailable (certain countries are excluded) we will the use alternative International Tracked or International Signed service.
There are size restrictions on international delivery boxes. If you are ordering a large quantity we recommend you contact us for an OVERSEAS DELIVERY price PRIOR to placing your order: +44 (0)1386 555 045 or email email@example.com We can only fit one confetti basket in each airmail delivery box. If you are ordering multiple baskets you will be required to pay one airmail postal charge per delivery box.

Once your order has been dispatched international deliveries can take up to 14 working days. If you require your order quickly, please contact us to discuss other available dispatch options.
Please note: Our Personalised Confetti Cones are bespoke items and made to order so please allow an additional 14 days for them to be created and dispatched.
We understand that buying over the internet can be tricky, so to give you full peace of mind we offer a ‘No Quibble’ exchange/refund service. You can return your items for whatever reason: All we ask is that products are returned within 14 days and that they must be unused and in their original packaging.
ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

We would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from your post office.
Once return items have been received by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company a full refund for the goods (excluding our postage to you and yours to us) will be credited to your account, or a cheque will be sent out to you, depending on your original payment method.
Please remember we do offer a Confetti Sample Service, so that you can see a selection of petals in different colours before you buy. You can reclaim the £3.95 cost of the sample box when you place a future order with us. We do not offer a refund on our sample orders.
Please note: Personalised confetti cones and other bespoke made-to-order items will be made just for you to your specific requirements and cannot be returned.

Please ensure you double-check the spelling and dates that you enter into our website as The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company cannot be held responsible for any errors. We use a template for our personalised confetti cones to ensure they look as similar as possible to the examples shown across our website. Please bear in mind that especially long or short names may alter the appearance of the confetti cones. We will contact you via email if we think there is an error or if we would like you to approve the design.
Please allow an extra 14 days for your personalised confetti cones to be created and dispatched. They are not eligible for our Next Day Delivery service.
If you’d like us to help you create your own unique Confetti Cones please give us a call – we are very happy to help if we can!
We reserve the right to charge a design fee of £10.00 per bespoke order.
Our Sample Service is designed to help you choose your petals and colours. You will be sent a pinch of petals from our current stock so that you can see colour, texture and size. Our petals are a natural product and vary from harvest to harvest so if your wedding is a long way in the future we cannot guarantee the harvest will be exactly the same, but the sample petals will give you a good guide. You can select up to 8 petal samples – if you select more than this we will send the first 8 on the order form.
You can reclaim the £3.95 delivery charge when you place a future order with us – we will send you a discount code. You are welcome to choose the Next Day Delivery option, but we are only able to reimburse £3.95. We are happy to send samples overseas – but again we are only able to reimburse £3.95. If you order other items from our shop along with your sample petals we will be unable to refund the delivery charge.
The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company is committed to maintaining your privacy. When placing an order we will ask for your name, telephone number, delivery address, email address and wedding date, which are stored securely (password protected) on our website. This is for the purposes of communicating with you and delivering your items. We may also use your email address to follow up a sample order, where appropriate. This information will be stored on our website indefinitely and may be accessed by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company staff in the future in case of new/repeat orders or for our own purchase analysis.
For payment purposes we also require a billing address and payment card details. Card details are processed by our secure payment partners and are not stored.
The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
Professional Photography Passes – Confetti Flower Field
When purchasing a Location Pass we will ask for your name, company name, telephone number, email address, which are stored securely (password protected) on our website. This is for the purposes of communicating with you. This information will be stored on our website indefinitely and may be accessed by The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company staff in the future in case of new/repeat orders or for our own purchase analysis. For payment purposes we also require a billing address and payment card details. Card details are processed by our secure payment partners and are not stored.
All photographer’s purchasing a full 10-day Location Pass are entitled to a listing on our website Flower Fields page. We will contact you to agree the details you would like to share. The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company will not disclose your information to the public/third parties without your consent.
If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any time.

The Confetti Flower Field is situated on PRIVATE PROPERTY and admission is granted under the following terms:
Flower Field General Admission Terms
Admission to the flower field must be paid at the entry gate.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No smoking or vaping.
Only registered disability assistance dogs are allowed in the Flower Field. Please leave pets at home.
Please be careful when walking through the flowers – keep to the mown pathways and please don’t walk in between the rows. You will damage the flowers. Please help us look after the petal harvest.
Cutting, picking, or digging up the plants is not allowed. Flowers and confetti are for sale at the marquees
To protect all our crops, ball games and sports activities/equipment are not allowed in any of our farm fields. Bicycles, scooters, and large toys must be left in your car (or at your own risk at the entrance).
Please do not bring barbecues, stoves or picnic chairs and furniture. No alcohol is allowed.
Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside – please don’t bring radios, music players and musical instruments.
We’re sorry but we only want to see birds flying overhead. Drones and other remotely controlled aircraft are not allowed in the flower field or over any of the Wyke Manor Estate.
People come from all over the world to enjoy the flowers – please be considerate in your behaviour. We retain the right to refuse admission or remove from the field anyone not behaving appropriately.
There is no access to any surrounding fields. Please do not climb fences or hedges. Please do not walk in our farm crops.
You may see some confetti pickers in the field harvesting the petals – please ask their permission before taking their photograph.
Access outside of our opening dates and times is strictly by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Commercial Activities – Additional Admission Terms
Any and all commercial activities do not fall under our general admission terms and will require further discussion. All enquiries are strictly by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Professional Photographers wishing to use The Confetti Flower Field for any commercial purpose, are required to pre-register with us and purchase a Location Pass online. All passes are to be purchased online, in advance, and are subject to availability. We retain the right to withdrawn them from sale at our discretion.
The Pass gives the photographer (1 person), access to the field between 10am – 5pm on the chosen date as printed on the purchased pass. There is NO ACCESS outside of these days and times. There is NO ACCESS to any surrounding fields.
Passes are transferable but not refundable. If you wish to change the date on your pass, please call Nancy on 01386 555045 with at least 24h notice. The flower field will only be closed if the weather conditions are extreme – we will call you to let you know and you will receive a refund for any pass valid on that day.
All photographer’s purchasing a full 10-day pass will receive a listing on our website Flower Fields page, with your website and contact details, so visitors looking to book a photo shoot will be able to contact you directly. In addition, you can send us some photos to promote your work and we’ll share them on our popular social media sites.
In addition to our General Admission Terms, we ask that you adhere to the following:

- Please do not bring excess baggage or equipment.
- We will not allow large props and large pieces of equipment into the flower fields. (eg. suitcases, furniture, step ladders) A stool or small steps is fine. Please don’t use our chairs to stand on – it’s too wobbly underfoot.
- Please do not bring photo display cases, business branded check-in desks, flags, or large signage.
- There are no changing facilities on site. It is not appropriate to change clothes/costumes in the flower fields. Please do not bring changing tents. If you are conducting a fashion shoot or require exclusive access to the field, please call us to discuss your requirements in advance.
Our flowers are grown to be harvested for wedding confetti, so we need to look after them:
- Do not encourage your clients to walk in amongst the flowers. Keep to the edges and the mown pathways.
- When taking pictures please do not stand in amongst the flowers yourself. Keep to the edges and the mown pathways.
