Buy PRO-PHOTOGRAPHER Pass:
Cost: £75.00 per day.
Each day pass that you buy will allow you entry to the field ALL DAY – between 10am to close. Check opening dates and times here
Photography Passes for daytime entry are unlimited and will be available to purchase on the same day.
SUNSET PHOTOGRAPH FAQ’s
A number of dates have a later close of 9.30pm, these dates will include a sunset (weather permitting). Check here for full schedule of opening times
Please purchase a photographer pass for the day – this year there is just the one pass for £75.00 per whole day of opening
Private Hire
Cost is dependent on the size and scope of your plans.
Lifestyle, Fashion, Dance & Product Shoots are very welcome!
There is only a small window of opportunity to use the flower field in and around our opening dates, access is strictly by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Media/television/filming projects – please remember that flowers only bloom for a very short period of time, and therefore we sadly cannot accommodate requests out of season!
Need to Know:
- You must buy a Professional Photography Pass online in advance of your visit.
- Please remember your clients will also need to book their own admission tickets.
- Your clients tickets are sold with timed arrival slots throughout the day/evening.
- Please carefully check if the date you have selected has a 5pm, 7.30pm or 9.30pm close
- Tickets and passes will be checked in your car on arrival and a lanyard issued to photographers.
- Car parking is free.
- There will be a dedicated “Meeting Point” inside the flower field for you to meet up with your clients.
- There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the flower field or on any of our surrounding land.
- Sorry – no pets of any kind are allowed at this event. Either in the flower field or in the carpark.
- Drones and any other remotely controlled aircraft are not allowed in the flower field or over any part of the Wyke Manor Estate.
- There is strictly no access to any of our surrounding fields.

We have a designated pinned post on our Facebook and Instagram pages each year where you can let people know what you are offering. Please comment on the post, you’ll be visible to people looking to book a photography session. We will direct all inquiries there, so it will get lots of views.
Who needs a PHOTOGRAPHY Pass?
Anyone who would like to use our Confetti Flower Fields for commercial purposes must purchase a Professional Photographer Pass for each day you wish to use the field
Photo shoots such as family photo shoot/engagement/marriage pictures
Portfolio work
Photography you will use to promote yourself, your skills and services online
Business social media or professional blog.
If you would like to use the fields for larger projects and shoots you need to give us a call to discuss your plans and requirements.

Access outside of our opening dates and times is strictly by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Please email marketing@confettidirect.co.uk to register your interest.
In short – any and all photography used to promote you and/or your business is considered commercial.
Helpful information to assist Professional Photographers planning Photo Shoots:
The entry slots at 10am, 11am and 2pm on the weekends are usually our busiest times. Consequently, please keep this in mind when making plans with your clients.
Our gate does not open until 10am. You will not be allowed in early. Therefore, please do not start your bookings at 10am as it will take time for you and your clients to get in, park and meet up.
Sunsets are not guaranteed
We welcome photography passes for the opening times we have available with the exception of the Concert events
A Photographer’s Location Pass gives you, the photographer (1 person), access to the field during opening hours on your chosen date/dates as printed on the ticket. If you work as a photography team, each photographer/assistant needs their own pass.
We will set up a dedicated Photographer’s Meeting Point inside the field – this is the best place for you to arrange to meet with your clients.
There is NO ACCESS to any surrounding fields.
There is no need for your clients to book their tickets before booking with you, there will be ticket flexibility this year so clients can move their arrival time or the date. To make this easier for you, a Photography Location Pass allows you entry to the field ALL DAY – between 10am & Close. These Photography Passes will not sell out, so there is no need to worry about availability.
Please remember:
This is an outdoor event in the British summertime – please discuss this with your clients and prepare accordingly. We cannot guarantee the sunshine (or sunset!). If it is just a little rain we will be open as usual, so we would encourage you and your clients to wear wellies and bring colourful umbrellas for an equally fab photo opportunity!
Extreme weather conditions may mean that we must close the field on the day you are booked to visit. If this occurs we will call you at the earliest opportunity. You will receive a refund for any pass valid on that day.
