UK Delivery
Packing and Shipping Information
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Special Delivery and Tracked 24 orders are prioritised for despatch the same day as the order if received by 3pm (Monday to Friday).
Sample orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Post: £4.50 (which is fully refunded against any order you subsequently place with us).
If the wedding is less than a week away we recommend you select the Special Delivery or Tracked 24 delivery option.

Royal Mail 48 Hour TRACKED delivery within 3 working days: £4.50
Royal Mail 24 Hour TRACKED delivery within 2 working days: £9.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery (must be signed for in person), please order by 3pm any weekday for delivery by 1pm the following working day (this includes a Saturday delivery): £9.95
Please email info@confettidirect.co.uk if you require 24 Tracked post in preference to Special Delivery to avoid having to sign for the boxes.
*Please note that any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on a Monday morning (unless a Bank Holiday)
Royal Mail will contact you with a tracking number for all orders other than samples.
Insurance arrangements are with the Royal Mail, please check the insurance level covers your order value.
Sample boxes are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

International Airmail
EUROPE Zone 1, 2 & 3: £20.00 per delivery box
WORLD Zone 1, 2 & 3: £35.00 per delivery box
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for delivery.
International deliveries are sent with Royal Mail and their partners in the destination country. Royal Mail International Tracked service is fully tracked to the point of delivery.
Please note that all products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis.
Recipients are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or fees. Local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties. Please check the duty & customs charges that may be applicable before you place your order. The Real Flower Petal Confetti Company cannot be held responsible for these costs.
There are size restrictions on international delivery boxes.

We can only fit one confetti basket in each airmail delivery box. If you are ordering multiple baskets, you will be required to pay one airmail postal charge per delivery box.
We aim to despatch orders within 1 or 2 working days, subject to payment. However, we may take a little longer during the peak wedding season.

Please note: Our Personalised Confetti Cones are handmade to order, so please allow an additional 14 days for them to be created and dispatched. It is not possible to ask for Next Day delivery with these items.
We are sometimes asked why we don’t offer free delivery… As much as we would LOVE to offer free shipping of your petals, we don’t feel it is a fair and transparent way to do business. It costs money to post a package. Any company that offers free delivery is hiding that cost in the product prices. Instead, we promise to keep our postage prices as low as possible, and get your order to you as quickly as we can.
