The Confetti Flower Field 2024

The Confetti Flower Field will return in late June / early July 2024

Preparations are already being made for the event, but growing flowers can be a difficult thing! Farming is at the mercy of the weather. Consequently, we only announce our open dates when we are confident that the flowers are happy and on track. This is usually in the late springtime.  Please follow us on social media – Facebook & Instagramor join the mailing list at the bottom of the page, and you’ll be the first to hear the flower field news as it is announced.

The information below outlines how our open days worked in 2023. It will give you an idea of what to expect if you’d like to visit this coming summer.

We are all looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful, colourful, magical field of flowers!

Visiting The Confetti Flower Field:

Our flower field open days are a “pop-up” event on our working farm. The flowers bloom for a very short time and we will open for just 10 days when they are looking their very best.

  • In 2023 we were open 30th June to 9th July 2023. The flowers will bloom at a similar time in 2024. We will announce our open dates in late spring 2024.
  • This is a ticketed event – you must buy admission before visiting us. Tickets will go on sale online in June 2024, once our open dates have been confirmed.
  • Tickets are sold in timeslots when you want to arrive, in 45 minute windows. You are welcome to stay as long as you like, but we politely ask that you limit your visit to 2 hours for the benefit of other visitors. We open each day at 10am. Last admission is at 3.45pm and the field closes at 5pm. There is no entry outside these times.
  • General Admission cost in 2023 was £7.50 per person (under 5s are free of charge).
  • Car parking is free.
  • Please do not bring your dog. No animals (except registered disability assistance dogs) are allowed in the Flower Field or the carpark, and you will not be allowed to leave them in your car. Thank you for your cooperation.

What to expect visiting The Confetti Field 2024:

We have acres and acres of flowers! But we don’t have any permanent infrastructure. This is a temporary event in our farm fields. Most importantly, please remember that fields are bumpy and uneven underfoot. There are lots of plants and insects around that might scratch, sting or bite. Consequently, we recommend you wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the outdoors. For example, a hat and sunscreen on a sunny day is essential. To clarify, there is very little shade or cover in the confetti fields, so please come prepared!

Little ones in buggies and prams are, of course, very welcome! (Under 5 s are free of charge.) But please be aware that you might struggle on bumpy, dusty or wet ground.

We have portable loos available in the car parks and confetti field. However, there is no running water or electricity on site. We strongly recommend that you bring your own hand sanitiser with you.

The weather:

Because we are outdoor event in the British summertime we are at the mercy of the weather! We will open a on a rainy day. We will always keep you informed of the conditions in the field via regular updates on this web page and on our social media. Please check before you travel, plan and pack accordingly.

We may have to close the confetti field in the event of extreme weather, for instance, very heavy rain or high winds. Make sure you check our website or social media feeds before you set off on your journey to see us. We will give you as much notice as possible. If we must close the field, you will receive a full refund.

Groups and Coach Trips:

Please be aware that admission tickets will be checked in your car. Therefore, if you are travelling as a group, you must arrive together with valid tickets for every member of your party.

We can accommodate small minibuses in the car park. However, sadly we are not able to accept full size coaches.

General Admission Terms – Confetti Fields 2024:

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
