UPDATED 24.3.20 –

We are open and our postal deliveries are continuing as usual.

However we have decided to halt our Next Day Delivery option. We will continue to send parcels First Class with Royal Mail. They have made a few changes to ensure health, safety and hygiene are their top priorities. You can read all the important details on our Delivery Page. Most importantly, you should know that if you are self-isolating you can still accept parcels.

We are sorry but, given the current guidelines, we are no longer permitting people to visit us in The Confetti Office to buy confetti. If you wanted to come and see the petals to create a bespoke blend, we’d encourage you to order a Sample Box. And if you have any questions about your confetti – please just give us call.

We understand that wedding plans have been massively disrupted by the current situation. If you have any concerns, please just get in touch – we are here to help.

The health and well-being of our customers and staff is obviously our main concern. We are monitoring government recommendations carefully. We now have just one member of staff in the office, and consequently Nancy will answer your queries and questions as quickly as possible. But Sally is also available to assist you via our social media channels.
