Pretty and delicate Hydrangea Petals are beautiful larger wedding petals! They look a little bit like flower heads, with pretty flower clusters and individual petals. Most importantly, they are very light, so they hang in the air prettily in the confetti moment.
Dusky Blue Hydrangea Petals are our most popular hydrangea shade! Our couples love them! Hydrangea Petals are quite big, so consequently you don’t get very many petals per handful. (As a result, we do not recommend that you put them into confetti cones.)
Wedding decorations and scattering petals
However, their bigger size means that, in addition to throwing confetti petals, hydrangeas make great wedding decorations and scattering petals. Pretty clusters of Hydrangea Petals make them a lovely alternative to rose petals, especially for a flower girl or page-boy to scatter down the wedding aisle. We have a basket option available here – simply empty the petals into the basket on the morning of the wedding and you’re ready to go!
If you want to use the petals for decorations, then you need to buy the 10 Handful Bag measure – this is one pint of loose petals. They are great for decorating petal pathways and they are especially pretty on wedding tables. See the How much do I need? tab for quantity guidance.

- These confetti petals are totally natural. Therefore the shade of colour and size of the petals may sometimes slightly vary from those illustrated.

A Petal Bag contains a handful of petals. This is enough throwing confetti for 1 guest.
A Petal Envelope contains a handful of petals. This is enough throwing confetti for 1 guest.
The Baskets of loose petals contain 30 handfuls of throwing confetti respectively.

Please go ahead and place your order now, during the check out we will ask you for your wedding / event date, we will send your order approximately four weeks prior to your wedding date, we will email you or call you to advise the planned despatch date, we will fit in around your schedule if you are flying abroad with your confetti.
