Hydrangea Memorial Petals are very pretty and delicate and look like little flower heads. If you require a natural green or blue colour, they are your best choice for memorial petals. It is hard to find these colours naturally in other types of petal. You can choose a single colour or pick from selection of pretty blends of colours.
Most importantly, these petals are completely natural and biodegradable. They have been carefully freeze-dried, and, as a result, they will store very well. Consequently, you do not need to worry that they will wilt or wither like fresh flowers can.
Hydrangeas are symbolic of sincerity and gratitude. Therefore, they are perfect as memorial petals. Furthermore, you will find that they are exceptionally light and they float and scatter very softly.
Hydrangea Memorial Petals are available in 10 Handful Bags or individual Petal Bags or Envelopes. You can also choose a complete 20 handful basket set.

- Hydrangea Petals measure approximately 2 – 5cm round.
- These memorial petals are totally natural, therefore, the shade of colour and size of the petals may sometimes slightly vary from those illustrated.
- A 10 Handful Bag measures 24cm by 16cm and holds 1 pint measure of petals.
- An Individual Petal Bag measures 24cm by 16cm and holds 1 handful of petals. The bags is made of translucent cream voile fabric and you can close it with a drawstring.
- Our Envelope measures 11cm by 8cm and is tied with a ribbon bow. It holds 1 handful of petals. The envelope has been made from handmade paper. After you’ve used the petals please just remove the window and then you can recycle or compost it.
- The whitewashed basket is handmade, therefore the exact size and shade of colour may sometimes slightly vary. L 25 x W 10 x H 10cm (H 25cm incl. handle).
Care:
- Hydrangea Memorial Petals will keep at their best for 4 months.
- Our petals are very easy to look after: You can simply store them at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

How much do I need?
We measure everything in handfuls so that it is easy to work out how much you will need. For example, you might like each family member to have two handfuls of petals. Therefore, you can easily multiply this figure by family members to see how much you need.
To clarify, a handful is what you can hold in your palm when your hand is closed – it is not a big grab of petals.
A 10 Handful Bag is a pint measure of petals.
A Petal Bag contains a handful of petals.
A Petal Envelope contains a handful of petals.
A Petal Sachet contains a handful of petals.
The White Basket of loose petals contains 20 handfuls of petals.
